High Tea Party
This class is a huge amount of fun. We start with an empty tiered platter and by the end of the class we have a lovely tea party made, decorated and plated by you.
You can either fill the tea pot and enjoy your creations together or box it up to enjoy a little later.
The platter includes tea sandwiches - here you learn tips for making these perfectly while keeping them moist, but not soggy.
We also make some filo pastries - including learning a few different ways to fold the pastry.
Miniature pinwheel scones are always a hit at a high tea, so we make some of these, and lastly for something sweet we make cupcakes, and a delicious slice.
These items can be altered if there is something specific you would like to include instead, or if you need to cater for specific dietary requirements.
